Dear all!
This is our first email dedicated to our community, and we’re genuinely happy to finally write to you!
Directors, actors, screenwriters, producers, cinematographers, editors — and everyone who works behind and in front of the camera.
We would have loved to reach out sooner, but over the past weeks we’ve been fully immersed in organizing our first small screening.
Just to clarify, this was not an official festival date, it was a private event for jury members and collaborators — around a dozen people — and it gave us the chance to sit together, watch good films, and talk about cinema and our festival.
In the coming days, we’ll send another short message with a few observations on some of the films we screened, explaining why we found them particularly compelling. We hope it will spark your curiosity and maybe inspire future submissions.

We want to thank these filmmakers for trusting us with their work.
The themes and genres were quite different — from intimate personal stories to ironic and sharp narratives — but all of them offered something real. Some made us reflect, some made us smile, and some stayed with us long after the screening ended.
That’s the kind of cinema we hope to share.
Our goal is simple: to bring films like these — while staying open to many forms and voices — to as wide an audience as possible within our reality, starting from the outskirts of Rome.
By the end of March, we will officially open the festival, sharing the regulations, categories, submission deadlines, and closing dates.
